Shopping: for local shopping and groceries, Western Road is on the doorstep. Our favourite diner/deli, The Real Eating Company, is just around the corner. Closer still are Waitrose and local newcomer Taj, a fantastic organic, Asian and Mediterranean supermarket. All are ideal for a picking up a picnic for the beach, which is just a stone’s throw away.

You can shop til you drop in Brighton’s famous Lanes, in the trendy North Laine and in the high street shopping centre Churchill Square, all of which are within walking distance.

 

Eating out, everywhere in central Brighton is within walking distance, but if you want to fall out of bed and into a great café for breakfast, veggies will like the Sanctuary on nearby Brunswick Street and everyone will find something at The Real Eating Company.
