The lobby of 1-3 Farman Street

The building

1-3 Farman Street is a Victorian building, originally Seymour & Seymour's Picture Frame Factory.  It is set in a pretty courtyard which is mostly made up of tiny Victorian cottages

From the street level, a secure entry system leads you through the modern tiled lobby of 1-3 Farman Street where the lift whisks you up to the third floor.

Living room:

The fabulous views are the first thing to hit you in this large light room.  With windows to the south and the east you can see over the roof tops to the sea. There’s also a great view of the newly restored 1930s modernist building, Embassy Court.

The living room has halogen lighting, oak-style flooring and aluminium Venetian blinds. Furnishings include a large modern leather sofabed and glass dining and coffee tables. There’s a widescreen TV with freeview, video and DVD and a CD player/radio too.

Bedroom:

The comfortable bedroom is another airy room with rooftop views to the East and an oblique view of the sea. It boasts lovely modern furniture, in solid pale oak, including a king-size bed with gorgeous white cotton bedding.

Kitchen:

Oak and stainless steel predominate in this ultra-modern kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The cupboards are full of all the kit you’ll need to rustle up everything from full English breakfast to a late night snack or Sunday lunch. There’s an interesting view over neighbouring buildings to the sea.

Bathroom:

Relax in your own private sanctuary with modern bath, power shower, distinctive basin unit and heated chrome towel rail.
